Today, with the support of the Heinrich Boell Foundation, a discussion "What role can Germany play in Ukraine's sustainable recovery" was held with the participation of a delegation from the Bundestag.
The Ukrainian side was represented by representatives of NGOs from the Heinrich Boell Foundation Kyiv office, the civil network OPORA, Dixi Group, Ecodiya, Ecoclub, Ecoltava, Razom We Stand, Ukrainian Climate Network, Women's Energy Club of Ukraine, Cedos.
UCM Advisor Olena Vusyk presented the Ukrainian Climate Network as a unique platform that brings together more than 30 civil society organizations working to combat climate change across Ukraine.
Olena Vusyk also thanked the Heinrich Boell Foundation for its continuous support of UCM for more than 5 years and for organizing such an important event and discussion with German partners. Special gratitude was expressed to the German Government and the German people for their continued support of Ukraine in such a difficult time for us.
The participants of the roundtable discussed the main challenges for the sustainable green recovery of Ukraine and the need for additional support from the German Government and partner companies on this path.
