The issue of waste management, including the introduction of extended producer responsibility for packaging, is extremely relevant for України❗️
📌There are currently 3 relevant draft laws in the Verkhovna Rada, but a number of issues remain unresolved:
▪️що to do with such types of waste as packaging?
▪️коли to wait for the relevant law?
▪️чи each community can independently take measures for separate waste collection?
Participants of the Partnership for Sustainable Recovery of Ukraine internship, which took place in Czechia in September 2023, will share their thoughts on this issue.
Representatives of Ukrainian communities and the public sector who took part in this project had the opportunity to learn from the Czech experience of separate waste collection, as well as the introduction of extended producer responsibility for waste from упаковки♻️
